Paxport WS - Supplier Performance Issues | W6B #41338 – Incident details

After monitoring supplier performance, we have concluded that the issue has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring the result.

We will notify you again if the supplier performance does not improve.

Further to our previous update, our Wizz Air connection remains temporarily disabled as we continue to address technical challenges identified during the costing stage. Unfortunately, work is still ongoing.

Please rest assured that resolving this issue remains a top priority, and we will share further updates as soon as we have more information.

Our Wizz Air connection remains disabled whilst we continue investigating technical issues at the costing stage.

The supplier remains disabled whilst we continue to work on a fix for this incident.

We have temporarily disabled the supplier to investigate performance issues.

Our technical team are currently working to resolve this issue.
